We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, situated right on the shore of a beautiful lake. The room had a modern and spacious design with a balcony providing stunning views of the lake. The hotel facilities included a lovely pool and hot sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Parking was convenient.

When the hotel offers a small, conveniient kitchenette, it would be a relief (even w/ a cost compensation) if they thought about leaving a small bottle of dish soap or one or two tabs for the dishwasher. We did not use the dishw. Because we would have had to buy a full box of tabs; we would rather pay a few extra euro-cents to have access to some tabs. The hotel would not dream of offering a toilet closet without putting in a few rolls of tissue paper, would they? Et cetera.

We had a comfortable room, wonderful breakfasts, and a beautiful view of the Ploner See. The pool and spa area is nice as well. It was a very relaxing stay.

The hotel is directly on the lake, providing a peaceful location to enjoy the view. the facilities, such as the pool and sauna, were modern and clean. the room was comfortable and had beautiful views of the lake.
The elevators and hallways could use some work.

The resort's facilities by the lake were fantastic, with a nice pool and restaurant. The interior decor was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room was fabulous with stunning views of the lake and we appreciated the well-designed space. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. the location was perfect as it was right by the lake, and we enjoyed being able to easily access it.

The room was spotless, with lovely design, spacious and parking was good. Views of the lake were entertaining and beautiful with wildlife. Unfortunately, we couldn't have water fun due to unavailable equipment. The pool and spa were relaxing and fun. The sauna was exceptional, the perfect thing after a long day of travel.
The hotel exterior could use some updates and maintenance. The cleanliness of communal areas seemed iffy. Some issues with staff who appeared stressed. We looked forward to swimming in the lake and playing in the water with equipment we were told about, but it wasn't available and we couldn't swim from the beach due to seaweed and bird droppings.
